New York, USA]
2011 Autumn in New York

Coincidentally, I was traveling in New York City while 10th anniversary of 911. The city was highly in caution to prevent any possible attack and deeply in sorrow to recall the tragic memory.
I decided to have my own city tour on the day, which was different than crowd who planned to attend the ceremony in south of Manhattan.
Besides hanging around in villages, my target was to find "Tile for America" in West Village.
The cloudy and windy weather made the day quite silent and peaceful. I stood in front of the fence for a long while to read tiles each by each. These messages on tiles directly express how people kept their faith after the unforgettable harsh accident.
